can you help? Founded in 1986, Agape International Inc. is a section 501

and services to a wide range of community charities. Currently
headquartered in Northern VA, Agape International's programs reach into
your neighborhood and extend all the way to the villages of East Africa. Agape International is registered with the Internal Revenue Service, the Commonwealth of VA and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce under Federal Tax ID number 54-182340. Working with two nursing homes in the Northern Virginia area, the S.A.V.E. project includes two programs. The first is the adopt a senior project, where community minded citizens are matched with seniors in nursing homes and are committed to visiting them monthly. The second project is the pet therapy program, where volunteers bring animal-friendly dogs to visit seniors.
Who We Are
Agape International, Inc. is the head corporation. Our overall goal and mission is to serve the community in a thoughtful, cost-effective manner. In existence since 1986, we obtained our tax-exempt status in 1990. With a broad range of programs, this non-profit has the distinction of being named after a Biblical Greek word, Agape, which signifies Godly love. Not only do we have the D.A.D. Project, we also have Mothers of Mercy (M.O.M.) and the Seniors Advocacy Volunteer Effort (S.A.V.E.) project.
